Since our establishment in 1999, we have developed long-standing collaborations with clinical investigators throughout Ireland. These investigators are experienced clinical professionals with highly trained staff and excellent facilities. Our collaboration enables us to offer our clients access to large patient populations across a wide range of therapeutic diseases. Our clients can be assured of the local service and expertise they need to achieve overall project goals. Java’s local expertise enables us to carry out rapid feasibility assessments and advise clients on realistic timelines and milestones for their projects. 

As well as individual investigators, Java is affiliated with major Dublin medical schools and their Clinical Research Centres (CRCs). These comprise a citywide clinical research network for clinical and translational research in Dublin. The CRC network provides the infrastructure – the clinical facilities, research staff and supporting resources - needed for patient-focused clinical research studies. The CRCs give Irish patients access to the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment of disease and ensure more patients can benefit from clinical research in the most cost effective manner.

Java also has excellent relationships with researchers in these institutions who are engaged in translational research in areas including vascular biology, respiratory medicine, infection and immunity, metabolic diseases, neuropsychiatry and dermatology. Our range of clinical investigators allows us to facilitate clinical research at all stages, from bench to bedside, and through all stages of clinical trials.
