Dr Albert Smolenski
Dr Albert Smolenski is a Senior Lecturer in the School Of Medicine & Medical Science at University College Dublin.
Dr Smolenski studies platelet signalling networks with particular interest in cyclic nucleotide signalling and platelet granule release.
He uses classical biochemical methods to dissect signalling pathways, protein interactions and the effects of individual phosphorylation events of a range of responses in platelets and model cell systems.
Dr Smolenski has advised Java Clinical on the design of studies focused on particular aspects of platelet signalling.
